Default 36.4 weeks and wondering if this is the beginning of early labour

This is the third day that I have been having strong period cramps, back ache and lots of bowel emptying. I have also had a tiny amount of pink spotting, which has stopped now. This is my second pregnancy and I didn't have any pre labour symptoms with my first as I was induced. Do you think this baby is making its entrance or could this go on for weeks?

Not that I've been through labour yet to speak from experience, if I was in your situation I'd think it was the beginning of labour. How exciting!!

I've experienced labour twice now, it sounds like it could be. Everyone is different though. Both mine I had no early symptoms don't even remember or seeing the Mucas plug or a show like is pretty common apparently. Just contractions & feeling a bit off I knew instantly it was labour though. A lot of my friends have had exactly what you've described & it was the real thing.
