Today I had two crumpets with butter and vegemite and coffee.
I usually have toast and coffee, sometimes cereal ( but not often) and occasionally bacon and eggs or pancakes.

1/3 cup of porridge made with water then I add dates, strawberries,
seeds (pumpkin, sunflower & chia), and LASHINGS of cinnamon.
More than you can imagine! hehe
I'm going to try home made granola when the weather warms up though.

Cereal or toast.

Sardines, avocado and tomato on toast
Banana and honey on toast
Porridge made with water with a dash of oat milk and a drizzle of maple syrup, sometimes with chopped up banana
Wholemeal English muffin with a fried egg, bacon and Kraft cheese slice (my own homemade McMuffin. It poos all over Maccas).
They are my top 4 on high rotation.
My lazy breakfast is cereal, usually cornflakes or vita brits, or raisin toast.
Occasionally I have scrambled eggs on toast, crumpets with PB or pancakes with maple syrup.
And every single one of them is accompanied by a coffee.
I love breakfast. I don't know why I didn't eat it when I was younger, it's my fave meal of the day.

When I am trying to be healthy I will have oats with blueberries and sultanas. I have been slacking off lately and buying croissant and pear and raspberry bread, so yum. Plus coffee of course.
