No word from the hospital so I hope that means I'm clear! I'll probably be nervous until Wednesday though.

I didn't have to fast for the GCT. I ate dinner as normal, then brekky (porridge) about 2 hrs before the test and then nothing. I wouldn't eat a bowl of fruit loops before it though!
Always love seeing ur beautiful bump pics

My aunt is one of those effortlessly pregnant people... I saw her on Sunday, looking fantastic with her little basketball bump while I was barely fitting into a pair of maternity shorts and wearing a frumpy top.

Felt hideous and wish that nice maternity clothes weren't so expensive.

I love my bump but hate that all I can wear makes me look 10 years older.

MissX I loved reading your story and loved even more so your honesty!!! I could relate so much to it! When DD was handed to me I was like "is this my kid?!?" I didn't have that connection and to be completely honest, we didn't truly connect until she was about 11 weeks old. I'm head over heels in love with her now but I guess I just wanted to say that falling in love doesn't always happen right away

Thanks everyone for your lovely words. I always know I can count on you guys to cheer me up! I appreciate your company so much xo

I always thought I would have the lovely basketball bump, because my weight has been so constant since I was about 25. Never fluctuated. Alas, my bum and thighs are growing as fast as my belly.

I agree rainbow, I feel like my new wardrobe is for an old Mumsy type. And I just do not feel like an old mum in any way!

Thankfully I'll have bub by summer so I'll wear my old shorts and nursing singlets once my belly deflates a bit
