Default Cat stuck up a tree

We have a cat (not ours) stuck up a 4m tree stump in our yard. Who do I call to come and get it down??

Either Fireman Sam or Clifford the big red dog

Lol, just kidding. I would call the local council.

Maybe call the local RSPCA for advice. If they can't help at least they could put u in help with someone who could. Good luck, the poor thing, I hope someone can help him out !

On serious note I agree the RSPCA should at least be able to point you in the right direction

Pretty sure since last night. The dog was barking on and off quite a bit last night, which is unusual for her, then found the cat up the stump this morning.

I would put the dog inside for a hour or so and see if she comes down on her own.

Yep, brought her in first thing this morning when I found him up there. He's been curled up on top for a couple of hours now.
