Hey my new job closer to home lets me sleep in and wake up at 7:15 if I start waking up at 7:15 everyday and taking my temp do you think it will screw with my temps. Atm I wake up and temp at 6am. Maybe I should just temp at 6 and go back to sleep till the end of my cycle af is due in 8 days.

I really want to start charting, OPK's are confusing me when I get several pos in a row. The only thing stopping me from charting is that DD still wakes through the night, generally at about 1-2am and I get up to her then go back to bed till 5:30am. Is that wake up going to affect my charting? Do I need to get a certain amount of unbroken sleep before I take my temp?
My naturopath told me to have three hours uninterrupted sleep or it will affect temp result. If you have to get up during that time she said to take temp then and adjust it...

That's what I would do. See the cycle out at 6am then change to 7

Hi all!! Have another newbie question. Is it usual for my temp to rise at the beginning of the cycle?
    Cd2 was 35.98
    Cd3 was 36.02
    Cd4 was 36.16
I had a 2 day headache so would that affect it. Maybe its normal.
    What things affect temperature.
    Probably silly questions.
