$122. After getting the kids new school pants I will be considerably poorer. Have a full fridge, pantry and deep freezer though.

I have $80 in my account, $1600 in our rent/bills account, $1200 in my upcoming birth expenses (doula fees etc) and a fair bit more in our untouchable savings account.

Dp has nothing until she gets paid because she fritters away her money on cr@p in the first 3 days after being paid.

In my day to day account $3.63

    In my purse $30ish

But everything is paid for and there is plenty of food in the house, petrol in the car and pay day is just around the corner

No its not compulsory to answer but a strange question to ask thats why I asked it. And yes I did mean why did the op want to know.

Yes there are other topics that are classified as personal but I find a topic about your bank balance a bit strange.

I've got no idea about the adults only part your talking about

And yes ck2b's reply was ott and aggressive but that's her choice to reply that way.

The reason I was a bit miffed at being questioned was the insinuation that I had an ulterior motive in asking when I didn't. What did people think I asked it.? To target people by selling some money making scheme? To try and rip off those with higher balances? If i was new user maybe youd have right to question motive but ive been on here for years. Anyway done and dusted now and given the number or people who happily shared -as we do on BH -I think most people saw it for the harmless question it was. So...thanks all
