Slightly odd question, but I have a huge stack of DVDs of tv series that I've watched and don't need any more. I'd like to give them to somewhere they'll be used. I was thinking somewhere like Ronald McDonald house, or the Children's Hospital? I know a few people who have/ have had quite sick kids and a common thing they all say is that it's very boring being in hospital! Maybe for a parents lounge or something? Not sure if they have DVD players etc.

Depending on what sorts of shows, maybe a library? I know my local one lets you borrow DVD's.

We also have loads of old movies (i have heaps of anything with Cary Grant or Katherine Hepburn, and DP has loads of old Westerns)- I'm sure a retirement home would be happy to take those!

Or even a cancer hospital like Peter mac where you sit around having chemo etc. I had an old tv and VCR that I donated to the children's hospital, I dropped it in to the ED one night as we'd noticed when DS was in there for a few nights they didn't have many to go around.
I'm sure any hospital/care facility would be very grateful.

What a great idea. I'm sure a nursing home would love your classics.
Totally in love with our two beautiful little girls.
