help with morning sickness
19-08-2013 15:16 #2
I've had really severe morning sickness, I'm about 8 weeks and was bed ridden for two weeks until I saw my GP who prescribed me maxolon ( didn't work) and then I had to get osteden which was a god send but a last resort.
My first pregnancy I was able to get by on dry crackers, lollipops (the cola chubba chubbs) and ginger tablets.
Just remember to eat small amounts cause not eating makes the nausea so much worse & to keep hydrated!
