    Default Redness around the lips?

DD 10 months has always had extremely red cheeks, VERY red and dry and I have been using QV cream in her and seems to work a but. Today I have noticed that there's a bit of redness around her lips as well.
She's eating and drinking lots of water and loves fruit and veggies. She's hasn't been drinking much formula, like 180ml a day! But has been drinking more over the lat 24 hours. She's happy and sleeps well.
What could be the cause of redness around the lips? I hope it's not cold sore

Also it doesn't look like rash, just red

Wind burn? I know my lips are always very red and sore at this time of year. I use paw paw cream on them

There is a virus called slapped cheek. My dd had it last week. Has she been unwell lately?
