Please just remember if your still in pain after a few more days get it checked.
I just learnt the hard way. DS1 was complaining of pain after his exercise class and I kept fobbing off as he over did it. It turns out every disc in his lumber section is bulging. Bad mum here.

I tried to have a nice relaxing bath... I was so worried about a brother or sister making an appearance that it was not that relaxing. Especially with dd in her bed room across the hall ( was not going to sleep) asking me repeatedly if I had found one.
Lessons learnt today, lessons learnt.
God, what's going to happen tomorrow?

It's so not funny but I did have a giggle as I sit here barely able to lift my arms above my head thanks to a gym session Monday afternoon. My trainer always says day two after a workout hurts the most, I knew I was in trouble by Monday night.
Good on you for having a go and whilst you hurt now soon you'll do it in no time flat and feel awesome (without the pain).

I put my own socks on today - all by my self (i am such a big girl!)
Feeling sore still but not as bad as i did yesterday, so proud of myself for going on the treadmill again last night and not giving up!
Bombed the bathroom today as i left for work - aint nothing gonna live through that. It was the strongest one i could find!
Another session on the tready tonight - had a brainwave, if i let DD have her go first (!) maybe she will not nag me the entire time. I am really quick on the uptake people.

All by yourself!!! You deserve a sticker. Good girl!
And yes, maybe letting dd have a go first would help. Don't worry, none if us thought of that either.....
