Unless there's something quite absurd in their BH avatar pic (I will leave examples to your imagination so as to not single anyone out), then no. But if it's very show-offish or kind of offensive, I think, "Pfft, tosser."
On FB I do. Mostly judge them as "loves herself," or whatever. Usually not by FB profile pic alone though... more if they post a thousand pics a week of themselves in a bikini or whatever.

On fb I sometimes think 'wow you really think that's a good photo of you? :/' but other than that I don't really give much thought to profile pictures. Avatars on here I don't think I've judged anyone's picture, I just look and go 'oh! I know this poster' (or not lol)

Not really, there are a few avatars I have seen and thought hmmm but I haven't said anything and don't feel it is my place too but I have certainly had my avatar commented on as being inappropriate when the pic I'm referring to was me in a bikini taken underwater by my then 4yr old, I love the pic and the fact my ds took it but people seemed to find it offensive. I had the same pic as my facebook profile at that time and had lots of positive comments, I guess that is because those on facebook are my friends whom actually know me not someone on bubhub who may think they do or make judgement from my avatar

My FB profile picture is usually obscure or relating to something I'm into at the moment. My cover picture is a massive joke only my friends list would get.
I don't judge my friends pics unless they are offensive.
On BH it's Hitchcock telling a lion "no no". Why not. I also don't judge pics here. Sometimes I see really great ones but forget and the next day I'm amazed by them again.

I actually really hate people's pics of an eye close-up, or their feet. Most people have ugly feet... and most people's eyes taken with an iPhone or something look creepy not pretty. They freak me out, and I will deliberately ignore the posts of anyone who has those as an avatar/profile pic just because they creep me out.
