    And this is why I won't use FDC.

    How stressful, you shouldn't have to pay for her stuffing you around. Ring the council and find out. If you do a half day should only be a few dollars?

    I'd either call in sick and save stress or spend the days earnings on sitters, only 2 options you have really..

    Could you suggest a babysitting swap with the other person that had her child there? If she looked after your ds on that Thursday, you could look after her child on another day that suits you?
