Default Kids party - what would you do?

It's my sons birthday party today and it's being held outside at an oval. All three of my kids have woken up with colds and coughs. It's a nice day here today but I'm wondering if I am supposed to cancel or not? I'm new to the whole birthday party thing & not sure if cold/coughs warrant a cancellation.

    Thanks

It depends on how bad the cough is? If it is one of those horrible barking coughs and they are really miserable i would cancel it.
if its only a slight cold and considering the party is outside on a nice day i would still have it. Can you just give them some cough medicine or panadol to make them feel a bit better so they can enjoy the day?

Agree with mummyrissa, if they are happy in themselves then go ahead with it, if they are miserable and won't enjoy themselves then think about cancelling.

Panadol or dimetapp can work wonders though

If you do decide to go ahead, I'd let the other parents know so they can decided if they want their kids around sick kids.
I hate being invited somewhere only to turn up and find the child is sick.

If they're really sick & miserable, of cancel. I'd also let the other parents know that they're sick.
