Default Should fat burning tablets give you diarrhoea?

Only started them on sunday and seem to have the runs every day since. Normal?

Very normal. They stop the absorption of fat into the body so you poop it out. They can cause anal leakage and temporary incontinence.

Yep, I had the same thing with them and so did a friend who was on them at the same time.

It's basically the whole idea of them. They stop the fat from absorbing and it has to come out of your system some how. I found it a bit too much to deal with and stopped them but mainly because I found out that someone with a history of heart disease in the family shouldn't have been taking the ones I was on.

Then what happens when you stop taking them? Do you start absorbing all the fat again?
