    I'd talk to the police about it, and possibly to Coles and see if their staff witnessed anything, and if they have footage.

    I saw something similar with a male figure beating a child around the head. I reported it to the police & gave them the rego of the car. The police asked me what direction they were traveling in, so I'm hopeful the child got the help they needed.

    Absolutely report it! That poor boy! Someone needs to make sure he is ok after that!!
