Default falling pregnant with one Fallopian tube

So today I went and had a tubal patency test done (the one with the dye) and I found out that my right tube is fine but the left side is blocked and my left ovary is stuck underneath something I'm so worried about this and I need some advice and or some success stories from people with similar issues that have fallen pregnant. Can anyone help ? I'm so upset about this I'm only 22 years old and really didnt expect this news
