Hey ladies, so I am about to purchase a maxi dress from ASOS'S maternity range. It's a stretchy jersey fabric. But I am so confused with the sizing guide. I was a size 8-10 before pregnancy and haven't put on that much weight. But when I take my measurements bust, waist and hips it comes out more close to the size 16! I'm so confused because I have heard hubbers say ASOS clothes are sized generously. Any advice?

I have ordered a lot of Asos things and I just ordered everything in a 10 which is what I was pre pregnancy
Especially a maxi in stretch fabric, just go your usual size

I bought a size 10 ASOS maternity maxi dress, I was size 10 pre-pregnancy and it fit me perfectly. I last wore it when I was 7 months pregnant and it still fit well.
I'd buy a size 8 or 10 then return it if it doesn't fit, their postage is really fast.

Awesome thank you ladies! I think I will go with the 10. Want it to fit and look nice and not too baggy under the arms etc. I think a 16 would swim on me!

I love ASOS maternity range and bought quite a lot of things from them during my pregnancy. I ordered my pre pregnancy size as they advised and everything always fit really well.

I haven't found ASOS generous in size, only in length - all dresses/skirts requiring taking up whereas I don't usually have that problem. Everything I've bought has been my pre-pregnancy weight but I have had to return a pair of jeans as too small! Good luck!

I ordered a 14 for my maternity stuff from Asos which fit lovely and I was a 12 pre preg.

Ugh. I bought a 12 and it was like a sack. It was about 5sizes too big. I also bought a 12 and it was to small for me. Never again. Good luck.
