Is it the berries that are good for ttc Tormy? I have a good blender and it can't hurt to try right? I even have some frozen berry mix in the freezer... and spinach!

I wonder how it would go as a smoothie with milk?
Grrr I hate when that happens Tormy. 2 cycles ago I was 2 days overdue, which is very rare for me... and of course despite having neg pht's I over analysed everything

When I do smoothies I just use some frozen berries, yogurt, honey and a little bit of ice yum yum.
Tormy I hope your body sorts itself out soon.

Thanks for the link Tormy. Enough to get me back onto the smoothies. The ones I really like are Banana, blueberries (I tried mixed berries but the blackberries have too many seeds), honey, scoop frozen yoghurt, cinnamon, lsa powder, and vanilla protein powder (to make it filling).

ooohhh these sound so yummy, I don't have any honey though. I think I might nip into the supermarket tomorrow and get some ingredients for a fertility smoothie!
