No super sat for me today but I did move 500kg of mulch doing gardening today, took me all day but garden beds look brilliant.
I've stopped bf'ing DS overnight and don't feel anywhere near as hungry now so have dropped to 1500 cal and feeding 4 times a day. Hope that's the right thing to do.

Wow Karen great effort. It's rewarding to do exercise that also achieves something! Big red you're on track again and that's good news.
We are all halfway though and need to reflect on our goals

Would stop feeding overnight or reducing to 1500 calories be turning my DS into a chest headbutter?
I can't hold him during the day now without him trying to get inside for a feed....he is so aggressive at it I have scratches at my bra straps.
He has never happily taken forumla but even after I feed him now he'll take 100ml or more.
How are you all going at half way?
I'm still lacking motivation.
It's as if on the priority list of the family I put myself at the bottom and can't get my head in the right space.

The first time I lost a lot of weight, my baby went crazy feeding all night. I haven't lost much weight this time around and I don't know why I can't get motivated to do it. My exercise is great, diet is rubbish
