Well done girls. I haven't lost any weight this week and I was sick yesterday??? I'm hoping it is just fluid retention after the amount of water I drank yesterday

1.2 here, after no exercise since Sunday and my naughty bag of jersey caramels on Friday. I'm surprised!
Well done everyone. BRV I think it might just be water. I also think the body holds on tight to its stores when you're sick and not taking much food in. Hope you feel better soon...

How is everyone going with weight loss? I only managed 400g this week. On a positive note I'm still loving all the meals, I don't think I can go back to my boring dinners ever again!!

I'm on holidays next week so did the dreaded "try on summer clothes" last night and......my shorts and skirts fit without cutting off the circulation! Yay

We had the Korean pancakes for tea last night. Really nice and very easy to make if you're short of time.

Just checking in to see how everyone is going. I've been fairly ok, not following the meal plan this week but sticking to 1200cals per day.
Exercise this week has been slack, I'm losing motivation in myself. Think I need to sign up to the gym and do some classes. I do personal training in a small group Monday and Wednesday nights but that finishes in 2 weeks and then it's another 2 weeks before boot camp starts.
My weigh in on Wednesday wasn't the best but I've lost 20cms off my body so far which means more to me than the number on the scales.
Anyone done their fitness test? I'm doing mine in the morning, will be interesting to see my progress.
