    I feel like after making a bad decision yesterday I turned it around. I had a chokito (OMG!!) so I just had steamed broccoli with soy sauce for dinner and went to the gym for body pump when I wasn't planning on going. Not something I want to make a habit of but I'm glad I didn't just write off dinner too!!

    Today I've actually got a kid free day!! So I'm going to make the most if it by getting all my little loose ends sorted and I'm also going to organise my menu for next week. Might even head to the gym for a weights/cardio session plus I'm going there this arvo with a friend for body combat.

    How is everyone else going??

    I have not followed the diet today. I've had 2 sandwiches (vegemite) and I made rissoles with grated zucchini, carrot, shallots and mushrooms for dinner. I had one of them. That's all I've eaten. I get hungry but then after eating, I get pains in my stomach.

    I am supposed to be working tomorrow, but might have a sickie.

    Your food always looks so much better than mine!
    I've weighed but not done measurements today. Down another 800g so that's 5kg so far! I still don't believe my scales. I've had razorblades in my throat for the past few days and don't feel like eating but have just made cauliflower soup for lunch.
    On holidays next week so hoping to stay motivated.

    Well done Karen. That's a great loss.

    I'm down 600g this week, 2.4kg in total so far. I've lost 5 cm off my waist already!
