    I havent been on track 100 per cent this week as have been in a little pain. Hoping to be back to normal by the weekend if not Monday it is. Im so disapointed in myself but I cant help the cramping from my procedure.

    Prawn and feta pizza. I used baby spinach rather than rocket to save it going to waste.
