Well I must say spaghetti meatballs were delicious. I cooked them when baby was sleeping during day and flavour was yum! Definitely one recipe to keep.

I had the Indian fish. Wasn't bad but nothing special either. Others overtake it easily in my book

I had a chocolate today
I was a bit stressed about something and now realise that stress is a trigger for relapse.
Tomorrow is a new day
I've just checked out next week and made a couple of changes. Steak is on the menu. I've had the steak with mushroom sauce before and it is delicious.

Meat balls in tomato sauce for dinner here. It felt a bit more satisfying than a lot of the other recipes even though I stuck to the portion size. That will be a regular on the menu here. Haven't exercised since Tuesday night. I intentionally didn't last night because I REALLY needed to do some housework and time just got away from me tonight. Bad fat girl. Bad!

Thanks ladies, Loco I hope you can switch over and join me soon. I can understand how you are feeling, I was told I had a slime to no chance of ever falling naturally and IVF was my only option.
We had the Panang Chicken last night, it was hard not to go back for seconds!!!

I may have had a fun size mars bar ... Or four today :/ I feel sick just thinking about it. Not sure why I did. So unlike me. But I'm not going to use it as an excuse to eat horrid for dinner. I'll stick to the recipe for tonight and back into it tomorrow. I'm so disappointed in myself
