    Thanks SPG and Theboys&me. Ill be doing my shop tomorow and back on board Thursday, although exercise will definitely have to wait until Saturday as im still quite tender.

    Funnels - I feel the same. And I'm always thinking about food I go to bed and check what I will have for breakfast I wish I was one of those people who forgets to eat. I never forget to eat.

    What is everyone giving up this week? I'm going to give up diet coke. I'm also going to stick to plan for a week and see if results are better. I'm nervous about weigh in. I've had a few slip ups.

    Last night I went to bed early and am now wide awake.

    500g down here which I'm happy with esp as I've had quite a few slip ups.
    I'm giving up 'picking' ie "it's only small and won't count" - of course it counts!

    I'm down 600g this week, I'm really happy with that as my DH and I went away on the weekend and went to gold class movies and had a 3 course dinner. Total loss so far is 3.5kg.
    How is everyone going with food and exercise? My eating isn't too bad I've been sticking to the 1200cals every day (except for Saturday).
