I couldn't find the rice either, so I used basmati.
I thought it was nice, but not as good as I thought it would be!
I ended up finding pita hidden in the bread section.

I love this food so much. Thought I'd start a list of the meals I won't make again - as there's more that I like than dislike so far.
The ones that haven't made the cut for me are:
Breakfast banana smoothie
Creamy cauliflower soup
Chicken noodle soup (though I still have a few to use up)
Funnily enough they are all the things I had when I was sick!! Ha!
I didn't get to actually eat the proper Week 1 & 2 menus.

The asparagus and sweet potato soup is really nice. I've made enough to do lunches for the rest of the week.
We had the vegetarian eggplant parmigiana for tea.
I've been taking advantage of the warmer weather in Adelaide and doing the outdoor option but I don't find it as tiring as the video option. I'm a bit nervous about the weigh tomorrow because I slipped at a mums morning tea today and had a mini muffin :-( tomorrow I'm going to take a piece of fruit so there's something for me to have whilst everyone else is eating. Why are all my social activities based around food!
