I did 2 sessions at the gym today. One cardio and one toning because I can't get to the gym for 6 sessions and I find I won't do it at home! Tomorrow I'm doing body balance and a session with my trainer.

The day has run away from me! In between the washing, hanging, putting clothes away, sorting through DD's clothes, dusting, vacuuming, grocery shopping and looking after 3.5 month old DD in between all that, I have literally run out of time to work out. Oh well, will have to use this as my rest day as I get two per week because I'm on the post pregnancy plan due to my c-section site still giving me some problems when working out too hard.
Tomorrow ill have to do a cardio and toning session in one. Here's hoping DD lets me ...

I made dinner without the yoghurt dressing as when I went to use it there was a weird smell so I turfed it. Was absolutely delicious though. This food is super yummy!!!

How many times a day are you snacking?
I have breakfast when I get up at 6 then have morning tea at 10:30, lunch at 1:30 and then a cup of tea at 3 and dinner whenever I manage to get it made. Just wondering if I should be making sure I split my snack in to 2 parts?

This is roughly what I do
Breakfast - 6:30am
Lunch - 11am
Snack - 1:30pm
Snack - 4pm
Dinner - 6:30pm
Sometimes I'll leave my second snack for after dinner as dessert.
I don't have much flexibility around lunch time as I'm a teacher so I eat when they do. My body is so used to it that I find even when I'm not working I still am on that eating schedule.

I snack for morning tea, afternoon tea, and after dinner. I'm doing 1500/1700 calories.

My snacking is different every day depending on how filling the last meal was.
Antipasto pita pocket is a good lunchtime meal. Had one today.
