Hi ladies. Just read up to date
I've finally gotten over my sickness and moved house (both of which were a bit hard to plan/cook with).
Weighed myself yesterday and I've still lost 0.7kg so I'm sitting on 69.2kg.
I've got some meat/veg I want to use up so I'll have healthy type meals over the weekend then straight back into 12wbt Monday. I've really picked the worst round to do this timing wise. I'm booked in for my jaw surgery on 14 Oct so I'll be eating from a syringe for 7 weeks after that. I'm going to print off every recipe so I have it for reference and I can do it again properly after I recover. So it's really like the 6wbt for me. I'll lose weight just from the surgery but I want to give this a good go leading up to it anyway. If I can get to 65kg by OP time I'll be happy (that's only 4.2kg in 6 weeks).

I had the baked fish for dinner with sweet potato chips. Yum. Will be keeping this recipe.

Must say I'm slightly disappointed that my super Saturday session is the same as last week.

I have decided the sss is going to occur on Sunday this week because we are having a red flag day tomorrow going to a wedding and I have a hairdressers appointment fairly early in the morning.
But. .....*drum roll* my pretty dress fits me. Yay yay Yay.
A couple of times this week I have been pressed for time so I have gone off the plan a bit and just jumped on the treadmill for half an hour instead of doing the videos but I figure at least I am not sitting on the couch. I have even been running on the treadmill too.
I have been pretty good with my food, even on the days where we had a lunch put on for us at work. I am not sure how many calories the lunch was but I exercised much more restraint than I might have otherwise and by my rough calculation I think they might have been just over 300 cals. I haven't been keeping a food diary though and I think I really should. I actually think I have been short changing myself a bit on calories.
