All scales are different. That's why you should always use same ones where possible. And weigh at same time every time. And try and do it only once a week at same time. Easier said than done

Sorry to clog, but what is the average calories in everyone's meals? I'm finding most of the meals are over 400 calories.

Mine are between 300 and 360. When I do subs I try to find a meal with a similar calorie count because I figure they know best!

Mine are all 400+....I'm bf'ing and BMI of 30 so guess that's what they go off.
Did the workout at home this morning...abs got more of a workout than then rest though watching DD try the moves, it was hysterical.
I've cleaned the floor of toys in the kids playroom so will be in there tonight after they are in bed trying it again.

Who's ready for super Saturday? I will not be able to do 50 burpees! But it says compete 50 before moving on.
The most burpees I've done is 16 in 47 seconds. It was supposed to be a 60 second challenge and I could only manage 16 and stopped at 47 seconds.
I had the polenta tonight. Must say I didn't really like it. The veal was nice.
