    Well seems the chocolate yesterday didn't do any damage. I'm down another 400gms today so all up 1.2 kg's in 3 days. Very very happy

    Hi ladies I'm doing this challenge for the first time too. I am loving the food and the exercise is really testing me!! I weighed in yesterday with a 1.5kg loss, I then weighed again this morning and am down a total of 2.3kgs? I'm not sure how that can be right?

    Bad day here - caught myself eating DDs leftover lunch (out if habit) oops. She is 3 so I've told her to stop me if she sees me again.
    Is it wrong to now just have steamed veg for dinner to try and even out the calories?

    Depends what it was, really. I would be inclined to have the tea but do some extra exercise...

    Everyone checked out this week's menu? Not that impressed tbh. I don't think there should be doubling up of meals when we pay so much for the program. I'll be making lots of subs I think!

    Dh and I are not keen on next weeks plan at all, will be changing most of the meals.
