    Just caught up on what's been going on. You all sound like you're doing well.

    I'm still not on solids yet but I have heals more energy today so that's good.

    I made this for breakfast but couldn't manage it all :/

    My throat stings so much I'm not sure what to have for lunch. I'm desperate to try out these yummy foods. Plus I know my lack of eating is sure to stuff up my metabolism.

    500g lost here, after only two days I am happy with that!
    Mrs H try not to be too hard hard on yourself, we are only just getting started be proud of any loss, you are doing a great job!! :-)

    Don't worry mrsharvey I didn't lose anything so I'd be chuffed with 200g!

    Just had the eggplant wrap for lunch. Really yummy.

    I last weighed myself on Friday and this morning I was 1.5 kgs down. Very happy with that. I had been being pretty good last week too but indulged on the weekend.

    On another note, I think I need scales with larger numbers because they are really hard to read from 163 cms up. Or I need my eyes checked. ...

    Don't be put off! If you don't lose in the first week, that is totally normal. Have you up'd your water intake? A lot of people don't lose in the first week and second week have a big loss

    Hi girls how are you all?

    Im doing quite well seeing as my circumstances are quite tough this week. I will be on board 100% next week as the funeral is on Monday.

    I just weighed in 2kg lighter which is just great as ive been trying to budge something, anything for months now. I guess clean eating and exercise does shift things. Mind you I haven't been eating full meals as I have found im not very hungry this week.

    So I caved today thanks to my intense craving and I had a caramello chocolate bar
    On the plus side though, I did an extra half hour of Zumba on my rest day to make up for it.
