I am having tomorrow's dinner tonight because I'm working tomorrow and this meal was very fiddly. Tomorrow I'm having the tuna spaghetti.

Siesmum I was fine yesterday but friggin starving today!!

I had wholemeal cheesy pasta bake. I cheated and added a bit more pasta because 80 grams between two is hardly any, I've been starving all day, I haven't even got to the work out yet, I'm breastfeeding, and, well, just because 😜.

I didn't end up going to the class tonight, instead I did ******ed one of the workouts on the website. It was a hard slog but it actually went quite quickly. Mind you, I was a bit cr@p .....but I am sure I will get less crap as I get fitter and leaner. God, I hope that happens.
I really could have eaten both serves of the pasta tonight. Hopefully I will feel a bit more satisfied by the food soon. Hungry!

Sounds like we are all hungry! When I did weight watchers years ago there were some 'free foods' that you could snack on that didn't count towards your daily allowance. My favourite was rice crackers and salsa. Others were vege sticks with hummus.
I do feel good though, I kinda feel healthy and light?
Big red I'm turning that pie into filo parcels to make it feel like I'm having a pasty. I'm going to cheat and dip it in sweet chilli sauce. Making extra for lunch boxes.
Weigh in day tomorrow, eek! Feels like longer than 2 days eh! We can do it!

I really like the workout videos. The short intervals make the time go quickly and I don't seem to get bored. Feels good to get sweaty!
Tomorrow I'm going for a 45 min walk with the pram and then play netball at night so giving the workout program a miss.

I have been making a bigger serve when I cook for my DH and I. I can't expect him to be satisfied on a portion for the 1200 given weightloss for men would be 1800 calories. Just be sure to serve yourself the correct portion.

I'm bf'ing and mine said 1700 but I'm doing 1500...so far I've not been hungry, but breaking the habit of finishing DDs food is hard...I never knew how much I was eating before.

Be careful in having lower calories than recommended when BFing, a few girls found their supply dried up when going to low last time I did it xx
