Dinner tonight is pasta, recipe says 160g of pasta should feed 4 people. That's less than half a packet of spaghetti! Is that wrong? Or am I just eating too much?
Or maybe dry vs cooked weight?

I'm measuring dry. But my meal yesterday had 150g for 2 and that was only just enough with a massive salad too...

Yeah. I found her pasta options were really really small. I opted not to eat her pasta meals and swap to something else more substantial.
Unless it was something like her beef strog with pasta as a side which worked ok for me as I didn't see it as having pasta for dinner, but more of pasta as a side dish iykwim.

There is a lot of sauce so I guess you're right. Pasta is the side dish. Times are a changing!!!
Just finished spicy bean mix for lunch. So yummy!

Mmmmmm chocolate..... I was starving yesterday but found I am not too bad today.
I just did today's workout and feeling really good now I ****** it on my iPad and workout in front of the tv (which is off) so every time I see my reflection it makes me work harder!!, dd even does little bits although she just likes using my water bottle I think!
What is everyone having for dinner? I have the sticky steak and slaw tonight.
