    I looked at others like body blitz and they charge heaps. Bridge's site is really good.

    Biggest loser is also good and they have an excellent calorie counter online.

    Yes see Ive done the biggest loser one. Awesome website and setup but I just like printing my exercises at the beginning of week and crossing out as I do them. Im weird I know. But its all on paper so I have to do it

    LOL! I am a list kind of person as well. I'm pretty competent with exercise and I go to gym regularly. I need help with food. I lost 10kg and lost willpower

    I would LOVE to go back to the gym but its to hard right now. This has to work for me. I find when I start "moving" the eating habits change.

    I'm interested! Can't go to the gym because of baby/work currently and I need to have a good plan for excersie/ food or I won't do it!

    Anyone know if the plan is sutible while breastfeeding? and are most of the meals either dairy or pork based?
