    Eh? There's sparkling wine in snacks but no coffee?

    Coffee has 10 calories im still having it I cant function without coffee

    I don't drink coffee, tea or alcohol so that's not my issue! Snacking and portion is my downfall!

    You can still have coffee on the program you just need to factor it into your daily snack allowance.

    It doesn't matter what days you set as your cardio/toning/strength days. She was happy for you to swap the days around to suit yourself. As long as you did one super session, 2 cardio, 2 strength, 1 toning day.

    Yay, glad I found this thread! I was just checking her program out on line and saw it we starting Mon! Must be fate! I'm also bfeeding, have a toddler and nearly 8 month old. Desperate to shift the last 15kg!! I am planning on doing an intervention tonight with dh and get him on board too! Those who have done it before, did you find they really were family friendly meals? I've got a lean toddler who needs fat and carbs!!

    I find it quite family friendly. Theres definitely carbs but you could add extra carbs for your toddler.
