    Default Weak bladder

Hope this is ok to post. This pregnancy seems to have killed my bladder. It wasn't to great after my daughter was born but wasn't anything like it is now. Through pregnancy one of the upsides is meant to be not having to buy pads every month, right? Well I have had to use them daily for the last few weeks! Every time I cough, sneeze, laugh or sometimes all I have to do is stand up or sit down there's a slight accident that happens. Has anyone else had this? Did it correct itself after the birth?

I didn't, no. But I have read that dong pelvic floor exercises can help this- it may be worth a trip to the physio, they should be able to tailor some exercises for you

Yep! I'm 6 months post a 2nd vaginal delivery and am over it.
Saw a physio who got me to do pelvic floors with her fingers inside, apparently I could do only 4 (holding for 10 seconds) before muscles are fatigued!! A month later I can do 10 but still leak esp when squatting to pick up baby/tidy up/hang washing (ie everything)
There is an electric/vibration chair she uses at physio that does 100+ pelvic floor exercises for you - aiming to use that soon.
    Joys of babies huh!
