Thank you for your reply. After more consideration I'm going to give it a break for a couple of months before he goes to his cousins daycare. We had a play there yesterday and he was still quite upset and emotional being there and there isn't really an urgent need for daycare so I'm going to leave him with his grandmothers a bit more and then try again when he understands things a bit better. Not sure if its the right thing but I want to give ut the best shot I can next time.
I really like the idea of dropping him at lunch time and extending it from there. I was dropping him at about 8.30 and picking him up after morning tea but by morning tea he was very upset. Thanks for your advice.

Your welcome it's very daunting even I have had a hard time with my daughter. We are not all immune!! Feel free to ever message me when you decide to start and need some tips.
