Bone broth! make it into a soup at the end for a serious hit if goodness. Chicken or beef (I would personally use organic).

Olive leaf extract. 5mls 3 times a day then when better 5mls once a day too maintain immunity. Taste horrible but is awesome in fighting colds and flus

If you can handle it half a clove of raw garlic with a teaspoon of honey. I also tack euchenasia tablets and normally make myself a good bone broth and make soup from it. I do this everytime and get over it very quickly

Echinacea is only good as a preventative, so good to take all winter but no good once you have a cold unfortunately.
