Default Becoming single during financial year

Just wondering if anyone can answer this question for a friend before she waits on hold to centrelink for a few hours...

Her and XDH split start of 2013. She is now on single pp & ftb (prior to that was only getting FTB). She has done her non lodgement but isn't sure if she would get her supps if her XDH hasn't done his tax yet.

Anyone know what happens in this situation?

She has to wait for the ex to do his tax unfortunately.

Yep she'll have to wait - but next year she'll be good to go straight away
