    Default Aching joints

Hi all! Currently 30 weeks pregnant. Recently I've noticed more of my joints are super achy constantly. Arms, legs, feet. No noticeable swelling or fluid. On my right upper arm it also became hot to touch even though the air was cool. Any suggestions?

I was achy from about half way thru my pregnancy, and it seemed to get worse just after birth as well. Mainly knees and hips tho. I put it down to extra work these joints have to do coz of the relaxing hormone that helps all the ligaments to soften in prep for the birth. Sometime panadol helped, otherwise warm showers were my best friend. 😄

I read online somewhere when I was having bad legs cramps and aches & pains in my hips that if its hot to touch see your doctor. I'm not sure why.
