Hi all, This is our first post to this forum so please excuse if anything we write is not allowed/wrong etc..
We are trying to have a baby, and I had my semen analysis done today..
Here are the results:
Days of abstinence - 3 2-5
Viscosity (cm) 2 <2
Agglutination (1-4 degree) 0 <2
Volume (ml) 4.9 >1.5
Sperm concentration(mill/ml) 40 15
total semen motility(%) 41 >40
Forward progression(%) 27 >32
Normal Sperm morphology 4 >4
The GP said 27 is a little less, but not to be too concerned, and that the other numbers look ok.
Do you guys think the same? Is there anything that can be done to improve this? I am on spermmax (1 daily). Please advise.

I think it looks normal my fiancé had the same test done not long ago and his wasn't as good as those results but we saw a specialist and his words were "sperm changes like the stock exchange" lol so my advice to you would be for your dh to take menevit that's what we have been told to do to apparently it can help alot best of luck

Doesn't look too bad to me.

Looks good. My DH had 35mil, above average motility and average progression & morphology. My DH took menevit, though not daily. Just try and eat healthily and plenty of well timed bd. It still took us 8 months to concieve even though we're both healthy.
