She's been sporting a proper belly recently, but only have to have a 'procedure' when she lost it (assuming they insinuated a D&C?). But in reality If she was pregnant enough to be showing that much, aren't you forced to go through labour??

Brooke is seriously unbelievable. To say "maybe I should've known better"... Ah yeah, you don't sleep with your sister's husband, and then pass off the baby as your ex-husbands !

I honestly doubt the writers have thought through the actual "mechanics" of losing a baby at any gestation.

I agree with BettyW, doubt the writers thought it through at all. All a little naive and strange! The scene didn't feel as though a c/s was happening. The doctor was in her room conducting a 'procedure' while Liam was outside. Her wincing would have been from the accident probably.
