If you think you might need ivf then I reccommend it however same issue you have to wait 12mths to get covered as its all hospital component that is used. It certainly helped us to pay for our journey, the OOP alone were hard to cover.
I work in health so IMO we will always hold private health insurance if we financially can afford it.
