    @Tamtam the first time I made them I did have hard yolks but I had done that thing where you boost the temp for a bit- I skipped that and they were velvety soft the next time.
    I did the 60 degree eggs agsin... Still pretty good. I didn't do the boost bit but the yolks were still a bit firm.

    I'm not sure if it would matter but I buy extra large eggs. You could try to reduce the cooking time by 10 mins? Just a thought.

    Made the coconut chicken soup tonight it was not bad. Everything just has SO many ingredients. Like the Lasagna is ridiculous but anyway you know what maybe I should challenge myself. A week of quirky cooking

    Yeah I buy the 700g ones too. Next time they'll be perfect. .. lol!!

    Am I the only one here who has never made a quirky cooking recipe!!

    I'll have to step out of my comfort zone and make a quirky recipe.

    I made the choc chip cookies from the edc. They are nice but I was hoping for a more gooey chewy cookie. Any recommendations?

    Hi everyone! I've been quiet on BH lately...

    So I made the chicken and corn risotto from the Toddler book tonight - I added peas and some feta, both boys loved it! We also had gold old banana ice-cream for dessert.

    I STILL haven't tried the brown rice soup, ha ha! Must do this weekend.
