    Out of the QC- try the lamb and bean hotpot. It's such a simple, comforting meal! Also the lemon and macadamia olive oil biscuits-I used whole meal flour, not spelt and OMG, amazing!

    I didn't buy it because I don't need to use all those special ingredients. I have made the brown rice soup though and I'm IN LOVE! Has anyone made her chicken and cashew? I just don't know how I feel about steamed chicken

    I love the Chicken & brown rice soup as well.

    I've tried the chicken & cashew - I found it ok - my DP isn't a fan of coconut so wasn't a fav of his.

    I like her bolognese sauce - as does DP & DS - makes enough for a few meals.

    I love her chicken and cashew. It's my fave thermie meal. That sauce is delicious!!

    I sub ingredients. I don't need spelt flour so use whole meal, don't always have Rapadura so use raw sugar etc.
    I'm not a huge fan of steamed chicken either but so far haven't had a bad meal from quirky! Love the chicken and brown rice soup and her bolognese is excellent.

    I love the chicken brown rice recipe to but I've been doing that one for ages. So I've just paid 50 bucks for it to be in print 😔 oh well to late now.

    I haven't had that's recipe but we had steamed chicken at a demo and it was really yummy!
