I loved the silverside in the thermo, it was so tender and tasty. I cooked mine for 2 hours and, had the vegies in the top with it for the last half hour.

😔 I'm so sad. I received my quirky cooking today and it's not something I will use that often.

I've had mine for a few weeks and still yet to cook anything out of it...suffering buyers remorse!

Out of the QC- try the lamb and bean hotpot. It's such a simple, comforting meal! Also the lemon and macadamia olive oil biscuits-I used whole meal flour, not spelt and OMG, amazing!

I didn't buy it because I don't need to use all those special ingredients. I have made the brown rice soup though and I'm IN LOVE! Has anyone made her chicken and cashew? I just don't know how I feel about steamed chicken

I love the Chicken & brown rice soup as well.

I've tried the chicken & cashew - I found it ok - my DP isn't a fan of coconut so wasn't a fav of his.

I like her bolognese sauce - as does DP & DS - makes enough for a few meals.

I sub ingredients. I don't need spelt flour so use whole meal, don't always have Rapadura so use raw sugar etc.
I'm not a huge fan of steamed chicken either but so far haven't had a bad meal from quirky! Love the chicken and brown rice soup and her bolognese is excellent.

I love the chicken brown rice recipe to but I've been doing that one for ages. So I've just paid 50 bucks for it to be in print 😔 oh well to late now.
