    I got the I Love Chocolate book today, and I have to confess I'm pretty disappointed. There's no way I have the mad skillz or equipment needed for most of these recipes... But I have it now, and therefore will try some recipes from it. Does it matter if I don't fork out for the schmancy chocolate? I can't afford $20/kilo!

    No no.. I have to agree.. I didn't and just used Cadbury melts and it tasted great. I see your point re the equipment and skills, it's a bit disappointing isn't it.

    Well I'm trying the truffles today as Easter gifts. Think I can handle that! I looked again and there are a few I think I could cope with. And the drinks look amazing!!

    Hey girls. So we have been invited to mil's for lunch and i wanna make something to take for afternoon tea. We are travelling about 2 hours to see her tho so cant do something like a cheesecake.
