The masterchef extreme brownies from the forum are the best brownies I've ever eaten. I usually add some walnuts to the mix toward the end then sprinkle over frozen raspberries. Everyone goes MAD for them and I even make them with gf flour and no one knows!!

If you make your own jam, try teninas strawberry jam. It's ah may zing! So are many of her recipes. Her website is awesome. Another tip for newbies, quirky cooking blog and Facebook Page has many fabulous healthy recipes that give your thermie a good work out!

I cut mine into bigger chunks because I had the same problem. Bigger chunks is perfect, it gets chopped up a little bit but doesn't shred.

Felicia, I saw your post earlier today and decided to make it for dinner based on your "review".

It's pretty good. Nearly 2yo DD scoffed hers and wanted more, but 4yo DS declared he didn't like it without even taking a bite, so I'm making him eat it. DH isn't home yet, but I reckon he will like it.

Quick, easy and delicious. What more could you want in a dinner

Oh cool. We actually had it tonight again as it makes so much hehe.

There is a little bit more left that hubby is jealously guarding, he says it makes the most awesome toasted sandwiches.

Such a tasty meal made from mostly pantry staples and boring old mince!
