    I'm making chicken parmigiana tonight and I need a recipe for the sauce. Does anyone have a good tomato pasta type sauce.

    I just made the basic bread from the EDC - it's ok but no flavour if that makes sense. What am I missing?? Does anyone have a great bread recipe to share?

    Maybe the lack of flavour I'm noticing is actually preservatives I'm used to?! Ha

    I make the easy everyday white from the recipe community and add stuff, either chia or lsa I prefer the taste when I use bread improver, maybe it's that?

    I made these bread rolls and they were better than any of the breads that I have tried - apart from quirky jos gluten free bread but that is a lot of work.

    I think the difference is there is a decent amount of salt, a little sugar and the addition of the olive oil.

    Aahhh....I've never used that, although I do have some. How much should I put in, when a recipe doesn't call for it?

    The recipe for the everyday loaf has 2 teaspoons and that's with 600g of flour. Does that help?
