Anyone recommend a good asian inspired dish they have used and is easy?? I'm thinking steamed fish with rice or something. Maybe ginger or something.

I've got all of the ingredients out and ready to try this recipe tonight. Except that the power has just gone out...hoping it comes back on before I need to cook!!

Power is still out. Going to try a stovetop (ugh!!) version of the satay chicken recipe. If it's a disaster, at least I'll have an excuse!!
