    Was thinking of making my own jam. I think the bread could be better but I'm pretty happy with my first attempt.
    How do you keep it fresh??

    We just use it up within a day or two. You can always freeze part of the loaf if it won't get used in time. Bread improved keeps it fresh for longer too.

    Made the magic bean cake yesterday with 4 bean mix (red bean isn't a favorite) and holy moly girls yummmmmmmm DH is still raving on about it.
