I'm vegetarian so love the first two myself. The last two have been big hits with DS (11 months).

I've also substituted banana for Apple in the muffins and that has worked well too.
How much banana did you substitute for Apple? I made the muffins tonight (but without the nuts) - I love the texture! I have some overripe bananas that need to land themselves into some baked goods ASAP!

Awesome - thanks! I used 2 bananas and threw in a handful of caramel chips - delicious!!

Hello, I need some help. Have had thermie for a couple of months now and find that I don't use it as much as I should.
Would really like some budget friendly healthy dinner ideas?

Thanks so much happygirl, I keep hearing about how good the chicken Kiev is I will have to try it.

I have liked thermofun, I think it was from her page that I tried the cauliflower rice. Usually on my phone so I always forget about the docs
